Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging

• Candles must not be burned or altered

Non-returnable items:

• Used candles

• Custom or blessed candles (if applicable)

Refunds:

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect it

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method

Shipping costs:

• Customer is responsible for return shipping

• Original shipping is non-refundable

Damaged items:
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll replace it.
